Maple Wood Cake Knife

The maple wood cake knife by Four Leaf Wood Shop is perfect for cutting cake, pies, most desserts, soft bread, and even lettuce. Each knife is handmade in a small workshop in beautiful Ojai, California by the talented makers, Jack Gerard and Genevieve Barrere. Each knife is hand carved with traditional carving tools, because of this, no one will be exactly the same. Each item is then hand sanded and polished to shine. They finish all pieces with a seal of beeswax and mineral oil. 

• Measures roughly 13" long and 3" wide. 
• The wood grain and color will slightly vary due to the natural wood elements.
• Wood care - Hand wash only. Do not soak or put wooden wares into the dish washer. Wooden utensils should be hand washed with mild dish soap and towel dried. To keep wooden wares looking their best, oil with a non perishable oil monthly. Mineral oil works well.
